Pink Doll Jeans
The pink is a proper bubblegum, not a dusty pink, and the three big hearts down the middle are padded so they stand off the panel. Against the pale denim it is exactly the contrast I wanted.

Yes. Each pair is cut and sewn after you order it: the panel is cut to shape, the side seam is opened, the panel is set in and the seam is closed around it, then the embroidery goes on. That is why it takes a few days before anything ships, and why the seam line is never in exactly the same place twice. It is one person at a machine, not a press.
-
Yes — 30 days from the day it lands on your doorstep. If the size is off, the wash is not the blue you pictured, or anything else is wrong, write to us and we will sort it out with a replacement or your money back. You do not owe us an explanation.
-
Yes — it is a true bubblegum pink and it is meant to be loud against the pale blue denim. The small hearts are embroidered as a field across the tulle and the three larger ones down the centre line are padded satin, so they stand off the surface and catch the light. The panel runs from the hip right to the hem on both legs.
-
Yes — the panel is sewn in and the pattern on it is thread, not a transfer sitting on top, so there is nothing to crack or peel. Wash cold and inside out, hang them to dry, and the panel comes through it fine. A hot wash and a tumble dryer will shrink the denim around the seam and pucker the panel, which is the one thing that genuinely spoils them.

Sizes run XS to XL and they come up true, with one thing worth knowing: the waist is cut high and fitted, so go by your waist measurement rather than by the dress size on the label. The table below gives a waist and a hip range in inches for every size. If you are between two, take the larger — the denim gives at the hip within a day. The inseam is 33 inches, long on purpose so the flare still reaches with a heel under it.

Every piece is made to order, so there are a few days in production first, then 5–7 business days in transit. The moment the parcel leaves, your tracking number lands in your inbox and you can follow it the whole way.
Size guide
| Size | US size | Waist | Hips |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 0–2 | 24–25" | 33–35" |
| S | 4–6 | 26–27" | 36–37" |
| M | 8–10 | 28–29" | 38–39" |
| L | 12 | 30–31" | 40–42" |
| XL | 14 | 32–34" | 43–45" |
Go by your waist measurement, not the dress size on the label — the rise sits low on the hip. Between two sizes, take the larger; the denim gives at the hip within a day. Inseam is 33".
The panel
Pink.
Knee to hem.
Down the outside of each leg, from the hip right to the hem, runs a long tapered panel of bubblegum-pink tulle embroidered with a field of small outlined hearts, three larger padded satin hearts in a deeper rose and a pink satin scalloped edge. It is a real inset: the side seam is opened and the panel is sewn into it, so it moves with the leg instead of flapping, and the scalloped edge is stitched down all the way round.
The rise sits low on the hip and the leg stays close through the thigh, then opens from just below the knee into a long wide bell. The flare is not cut out of the denim: four triangular panels are sewn into the seams from the knee down, and it is those that open it, so the width of the bell is the decorated fabric itself. The inseam is 33 inches, long on purpose, so it still reaches with a heel under it. Sizes XS to XL.

The difference
You already own
the same jeans
as everyone else.
They are fine. They fit, they are the right blue, they do the job. They are also the exact same pair that came off the same line into every shop in the country, and the only thing you chose about them was the size.
That is not a cheap-jeans problem. That is what mass production is for. A factory that cuts forty thousand pairs cannot stop and set a panel into one side seam by hand — whether the pair costs forty dollars or four hundred.
These are built the other way round. Nothing is cut until you order. The side seam is opened and a panel of bubblegum-pink tulle is set into it by hand, from the hip all the way to the hem, where it is actually seen — not a small print on a back pocket nobody looks at.

The big hearts are padded, which I did not expect
They stand off the panel instead of being flat, so they catch the light when you walk. The pink is bright in a good way against the washed-out denim. I am a 27 waist and the S fits exactly.

Got asked twice at brunch
Pale denim with pink panels opening the flare from the knee reads as deliberate rather than as a patch, which is the thing I was worried about ordering online. The flare is wide enough to go over a boot and it stays there.

Washed cold four times, pink has not dulled
No bleeding onto the denim and no rhinestones lost. One honest gripe: the 33 inch inseam is long, so with flats they drag on the ground. With a trainer with any sole at all they are fine. I am 5'3" and would order the same size again.
