That is normal for the first few days. Every piece is made to order, so there is a short production window before anything ships. Once it does, the email goes out automatically — check your spam folder if you think you have missed it.
The tracking has not moved in a while
Carriers often scan a parcel at departure and then not again until it reaches the destination country, so a few quiet days in the middle are usual. If it has been more than seven days with no movement at all, write to us from the contact page with your order number and we will chase it for you.
