Floral Lace Jeans
It is real open lace, let into the seam — you can see light through the flowers. All one shade of ivory against the pale denim, which is why it looks expensive rather than busy.

Yes. Each pair is cut and sewn after you order it: the panel is cut to shape, the side seam is opened, the panel is set in and the seam is closed around it, then the embroidery goes on. That is why it takes a few days before anything ships, and why the seam line is never in exactly the same place twice. It is one person at a machine, not a press.
-
Yes — 30 days from the day it lands on your doorstep. If the size is off, the wash is not the blue you pictured, or anything else is wrong, write to us and we will sort it out with a replacement or your money back. You do not owe us an explanation.

A little, and that is what makes it lace rather than a printed panel — light passes through the cut-out flowers. It sits in the seams from the knee down, not across anything you would mind, and because the whole panel is one shade of ivory it reads as texture rather than as a see-through stripe.
-
Yes — the panel is sewn in and the pattern on it is thread, not a transfer sitting on top, so there is nothing to crack or peel. Wash cold and inside out, hang them to dry, and the panel comes through it fine. A hot wash and a tumble dryer will shrink the denim around the seam and pucker the panel, which is the one thing that genuinely spoils them.

Sizes run XS to XL and they come up true, with one thing worth knowing: the waist is cut high and fitted, so go by your waist measurement rather than by the dress size on the label. The table below gives a waist and a hip range in inches for every size. If you are between two, take the larger — the denim gives at the hip within a day. The inseam is 33 inches, long on purpose so the flare still reaches with a heel under it.

Every piece is made to order, so there are a few days in production first, then 5–7 business days in transit. The moment the parcel leaves, your tracking number lands in your inbox and you can follow it the whole way.
Size guide
| Size | US size | Waist | Hips |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 0–2 | 24–25" | 33–35" |
| S | 4–6 | 26–27" | 36–37" |
| M | 8–10 | 28–29" | 38–39" |
| L | 12 | 30–31" | 40–42" |
| XL | 14 | 32–34" | 43–45" |
Go by your waist measurement, not the dress size on the label — the rise sits low on the hip. Between two sizes, take the larger; the denim gives at the hip within a day. Inseam is 33".
The panel
Lace.
Knee to hem.
Down the outside of each leg, from the hip right to the hem, runs a long tapered panel of ivory open floral lace embroidered with large open roses, small daisies, fine scalloped edges and three ivory satin bows. It is a real inset: the side seam is opened and the panel is sewn into it, so it moves with the leg instead of flapping, and the scalloped edge is stitched down all the way round.
The rise sits low on the hip and the leg stays close through the thigh, then opens from just below the knee into a long wide bell. The flare is not cut out of the denim: four triangular panels are sewn into the seams from the knee down, and it is those that open it, so the width of the bell is the decorated fabric itself. The inseam is 33 inches, long on purpose, so it still reaches with a heel under it. Sizes XS to XL.

The difference
You already own
the same jeans
as everyone else.
They are fine. They fit, they are the right blue, they do the job. They are also the exact same pair that came off the same line into every shop in the country, and the only thing you chose about them was the size.
That is not a cheap-jeans problem. That is what mass production is for. A factory that cuts forty thousand pairs cannot stop and set a panel into one side seam by hand — whether the pair costs forty dollars or four hundred.
These are built the other way round. Nothing is cut until you order. The side seam is opened and a panel of ivory open floral lace is set into it by hand, from the hip all the way to the hem, where it is actually seen — not a small print on a back pocket nobody looks at.

It is proper lace, not a print of lace
You can see light through the flowers, and the scalloped edge is stitched down all the way round rather than glued. The ivory against the pale blue is softer in person than on screen. I am a 27 waist and the S fits exactly.

Dressy enough for dinner, still jeans
Wore them to dinner with a heel and nobody would have guessed they were jeans from the leg down. The flare reaches the floor with the heel under it, which is clearly what the length is for. Two people asked.

Three washes and the lace has not snagged
Cold wash, inside out, hung to dry - no fading and no pulls, which I honestly expected with open lace. One honest gripe: the 33 inch inseam is long and with flats they drag. With any heel they are perfect. I am 5'4" and would order the same size again.
